This is a release-candidate version of Conformational Analysis Tools (CAT) software.
Like with all software it might still contain errors and some parts are not completely finished yet,
therefore each version will expire at a certain date and you are advised to update the software
(the program will tell you how many weeks are left when you start it without command line parameters).
Most scripts should also work with the update however there's no guarantee that the current scripts will
be 100% compatible with future versions of the software.

CAT is a continuously developing project, there is a new version almost
each week. If you find errors or bugs please let me know, so I can fix them.
Every now and then I will update the downloadable version on the Web.
The current distribution contains only some CSL scripts in the csl folder which
are all described on the CAT homepage. There are more scripts in the folder
csl_undocumented, however they include only sparse documentation ...
